Great experience. Jeffrey came out to evaluate our plumbing issue. He was thorough, professional, and provided a good explanation of the problem. He fully answered our questions and gave of the pros and cons of our options for addressing it. I should note, our regular plumber referred us to Burt Black. He saw several things that could be causing our issues. He said, rather than chasing them down one at a time and racking up charges, we should contact Burt Black. Because of their broad experience, they would be able to get to the heart of the matter quickly and save us a considerable amount of money. He was absolutely right!
