This service was for plumbing issues. Bert Black plumbing technician, Joshua called, introduced himself and to inform me that he would be headed our way and also gave me an estimated time of arrival. He arrived and serviced the leaking faucet and also checked all the faucets after an ice storm and freezing temperatures for several days. Joshua did an excellent job and was a very nice and kind technician. We are sold on Bert Black, and will call them for all our HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs.
