So, Bert Black as a company makes repairs less intimidating. First off, they offer financing. In the past, with local plumbers in Pine Bluff, for example, I had to pay cash upfront. Like most people in Pine Bluff, I am not rich. Secondly, they get you scheduled quickly. Back to local plumbers in Pine Bluff (e.g.; Razorback), my house was flooded and they had no availability for two weeks. Look, I am a single working mom and a widow.
